Replacement Policy (QA-Driven)

Transparency and trust are core values at Elumia Med Store.

Scope (Product-to-Product Replacement)

Replacement is only applicable for the same brand and same company, requiring an exact SKU match with the originally purchased product.

QA Inspection Requirement

All replacement requests are subject to a mandatory Quality Assurance (QA) inspection by Elumia’s compliance team. This includes verification of batch numbers, storage conditions, and possible manufacturing defects.

Replacement Timeline

Once the product passes QA inspection and replacement is approved, the replacement item will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Defective Product Reporting

If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for an immediate prioritized replacement.
