Warranty & Insurance Claims

All insurance and technical warranty claims are governed by the original manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Elumia’s Support Role

Elumia provides the required documentation such as warranty cards and invoices, and connects the purchasing clinic with the manufacturer’s authorized service center in the UAE for repairs, maintenance, or warranty claims.
